Build-Your-Own-Pasta Station

Chef attended. Select two pastas, two of our house made sauces, two proteins, and six mix-ins. Includes garlic bread and parmesan cheese. Chef attended. Select one item. Each additional selection is $6.00. Stuffed pork loin: roasted pork loin with port wine sauce stuffed with spinach, gourmet mushrooms, and applewood smoked bacon; oven roasted turkey breast with traditional gravy; slow roasted prime rib Au jus with choice of chipotle aioli or horseradish cream; sesame encrusted ahi tuna: Tuxedo toasted sesame seed encrusted seared ahi tuna served chilled with sweet soy,wasabi, and sriracha; roasted Leg of Lamb with mint jelly.
